Find your BIG X code:
Profile > View Logins on TBV:
https://www.thebigvault.com.
Note down the iOS Code that is highlighted in RED above.

App Store:
- Select the profile icon. Tap on 'Redeem Gift Card or Code'.
- Tap on 'Enter Code Manually'
- Enter in the code you have been supplied into the box.

Hi I’m new to BIG, trying to access the BIG X app, however keeps telling me login failed. Can you please help me, Belinda has tried to reset password, however still unable to login.

Hello, the redeemption code is only available for the Australian IOS app store. Is there one available for New Zealand?
