These instructions can be used to either update or reinstall BIG X. If there is a new version available, please try updating before reinstalling.
🔄⬇️ Reinstallation/Updating
Warning: Before Uninstalling Big X you must Synchronise your data or your task information will be lost.
Please refer to here for more detailed information on synchronising 🔁 your data.
Uninstalling the App
PLEASE SKIP THESE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU ARE ONLY UPDATING THE APP.
Once you have synchronised 🔁 your information, uninstall the app by tapping and holding the app until the 'delete' option appears. Tap delete.
Downloading from the App Store (Personal Devices Only)
You should then be able to reinstall the Big X app from the app store using your original download method.
Downloading via the App Catalogue (Company Devices Only)
Alternatively, you can try reinstalling/updating the App via the 'App Catalog' that is loaded onto all BIG company iPads.
After installation, you should be able to then log into BIG X and synchronise 🔁 your tasks.

I have uninstalled pop5 and installed pop6 but no response from pop icon other than the front page which says pop.
I am using my own iPad mini which worked with pop5.
I need to update Big X
