Magical disappearing keyboard act

For the last few weeks now I’ve been noticing that while working in BigX I can start a task fine to begin with, I have not experienced the issue in question when first attempting to start a task, then just randomly when trying to input data into any field which requires a typed entry, the keyboard vanishes and forces me to quit and exit BigX then reopen, it’s getting to the point that I want to smash the screen, it’s beyond a joke and extremely frustrating, it happens every single day. 

is anyone else out there having the same issue¿

  I’ve been having something similar. It turns into a scan text box so I can’t type. I’m forced to close big x and reopen. Most of the time, all of my data is gone so I need to redo it all again.
