Would the following be useful to you to use in BIGX: The ability to record notes for each store that only you can see and refer to.

 

You can then choose if this is private or if you would like the note to be public for other merchandisers to see. For example, if you are sick or on leave and someone else is covering the store.

 

Would you use this? Do you have any other suggestions, ideas or feedback?

  Maybe instead of ALWAYS having to select who you speak with and their position in store, you can add a contact or multiple contacts which you can simply click on. Data would already be entered by yourself previously ie. add store contact function. 

  Profile issues, there is no option for mentioning issues due to poor spacing, ie 3 facings but can only fit 2, or as I find a lot something goes between 2 shelves and can only fit 1/3 of a shelf ready box on display due to the bracket.

  Keyboard undocking. have found a fair few times recently my keyboard will somehow become undocked from the bottom and I need to pinch shrink it and use the tiny little one as when it's undocked it for some reason goes halfway off screen, then after awhile, maybe a restart or a few days it'll dock itself back into correct position. 

  Hide functions for things some of us never use, ie timeline, map, etc.. I personally never and don't need to use any of those extra tabs, would be nice to just be presented with TODAY's screen and nothing else.

  Ability to send and accept a job from someone else. instead of having to send your team lead a txt or phone call at 6 or 7am asking them to transfer a task over, the ability to simply send the task to someone else and they have to accept it.

  Would it be possible for the big X calendar to sync with a gmail calendar? It would be great to have an event log automatically into the gmail calendar notifying you that you have tasks assigned for the day instead of manually loading an event.
