How do I re-complete my Coles and Woolworths induction cards? I have tried BigX and EmploymentHero, but there is just no way to re-do them that I can find

  For Coles you just need to refill the form when you’re checking in the store - click Merchandiser then it should bring you to the page where you can fill in form

  Karen did you get an email from BIG about your expired certification? They should send the link for you to renew.

  Same for me I have updated my inductions however the guide to update doesn’t work …under certifications there is no “add certification” on either iPad or phone so the missing 3rd step means I cannot upload, is there someone who I can email my cert to at EH? Thanks
