Hi,
We are aware of a widespread bug that is causing the BIG X Application to crash for many users across the company.
We have a fix in 1.12.2 that we're confident will resolve these issues. However, it will take time to push out and automatically update on work devices.
A suggested temporary fix is to delete then reinstall the app from the app store.

Hi, Big X is working with my android phone, Samsung Galaxy21+. Please, let me know about downloading Big X for the android system.
