If you are unable to accept jobs on The BIG Vault there could be a few reasons why:
1. Jobs can't be accepted after midnight Tuesday Sydney Time (AEDT).
If you receive the following error message, then it means you are attempting to accept tasks after the tasks accept before date.
In this case, please contact your team leader and ask them to accept the task on your behalf.
If you are certain that the deadline for the task has not yet occurred, please take note off the Job code for the task (eg. LCL-006-COL-STA) and submit a support request to IT helpdesk and let us know what task is causing issues.
2. You are not using Google Chrome.
The BIG Vault is optimised for Google Chrome and is the browser we advise you to use.
3. Your Operating System is out of date.
If your device's operating system needs an update it could be affecting The BIG Vault.
In order to check for updates please see: Updating your device.
4. Your Caches and Cookies might be corrupted.
If your Caches and Cookies are interfering with The BIG Vault, please see: How to clear Caches and Cookies.
If none of the above solutions solve your issue, please contact BIG IT Support by Submitting a Request at the top right of the page.

hi i cannot accept tasks. plese be kind enough to accept them for me
I cannot accept my tasks in tbv, i get an error as above, can you please accept these for me thankyou.
