❗️ Request a new Accessory - Instructions

If you require a new charger or tablet cover, please submit a request.

To submit a request form:

1. You will need to click the 'Submit a request' link at the top right of the page.

2. Choose 'Tablet/Mobile Issue' as the main issue.

3. Fill out the Subject.

4. For 'Tablet Issue' select 'Accessories Request'.

5. In the 'Accessories Requested' field, select which accessory you need.

6. Fill out a detailed description of the issue.

7. Attach an image of the issue.
