Before any further troubleshooting, make sure that the browser you are using is Google Chrome as this is the browser The BIG Vault is most optimised for. Next make sure you are using the correct link to login: https://thebigvault.com.au/employees/sign_in.
The next thing to check is whether your password is correct. Check out Password Recovery for instructions on how to reset your BIG Vault password.
If you are unable to login and you have already reset your password, the next step is to clear your cache and cookies on Google Chrome. To do this please see: How to clear Caches and Cookies.
Your cache and cookies should now be cleared so retry the Login process for The BIG Vault.
If you are still unable to login after trying the above solutions, check if there is an Operating system update for your device. To do this please see: Updating your device.
If all of the above does not work, please contact BIG IT Support.

When clicking on TBV icon, the scree is grey, have tried all of above,I can log on on my apple tablet just not my work tablet, further help would be appreciated

big vault is showing up error
