Karen did you get an email from BIG about your expired certification? They should send the link for you to renew.

For Coles you just need to refill the form when you’re checking in the store - click Merchandiser then it should bring you to the page where you can fill in form

I think you just need to press back and go to merchandiser options and refill the whole info again before signing in. The next time it will record that last info you’ve filled in.
