New ipad

Please advise, I have locked myself out while setting up my new ipad as I made to many attempts....

the  ipad screen now reads

ipad is disabled, connect to itunes?? which I cant do as I cant log on....... PLEASE HELP. 

I have also just seen on TBV the correct way to set up the ipad, SORRY!
