Redeeming the points

Hi,

 

A few days back I had redeemed my points for a vest jacket. I had 150 points to be redeemed. 

 

When I clicked on to redeem the points vanished and I did not get any confirmation if I was able to buy the vest. Now my points have been reset to 0 again and I have not received my vest yet.

 

Please let me know how can I get the vest by the points that I have redeemed.

  hi a while back  i ordered a CRT polo but as I clicked on it my points were reset back to 0. I have not received anything. Can you please check and if you find it I still want a top. Size M . Looking forward to getting my top.

  I ordered an XS but received a size 12 aus
