I am unable to get into Big fir all my tasks?

I thought it was my password so I changed it but I can not access my Big page with all my task. It comes up saying if this problem continues report it. I have been having this issue since yesterday?

  This issue was reported yesterday and is impacting a small subset of users, we are working on it this morning and hoping to have a resolution soon. Will update you once we have a fix.

  I also am having problems with Big vault  can't access some of the things on there. LOCKS ME OUT OUT AND SAYS ERROR Also can't edit my plannos to change the date my profile my 100% completed tasks won't come up either

  I am unable to view tasks in TBV , comes up with error , saying if this problem persists , report it .

  I am unable to view ‘all tasks’ in TBV I keep getting an error telling me that Something went wrong & if it persists to report it.  This has been happening on & off for the past couple of weeks but now it isn’t working at all. Please help...I can’t access my work to plan ahead.

  Hey Guys,

  We have released a fix for this earlier today. If you are still having issues can you try clearing the cookies on your device, logging back in. If this doesn’t work please put a ticket in so we can investigate further.
