Coles merchandiser induction

Can someone tell me why I cant sign into Coles with the scan

I put all of my details in after I have scanned in and I get to the end to the last I Agree and it wont highlight so that I can actually sign in.

Can anyone shed a light on what I can do...all of my details are correct that I am putting in.
