Resetting old iPad to buy it

Hi I’m trying to reset my old work iPad to buy it as I already have received my new iPad. I have followed the video in the emails to rest and I have taken out the SIM card but when I got to set up the iPad as my own it is still coming up with property of brand influence group an n enrol button. How do I stop bigs ownership of the iPad given I am purchasing the old iPad as my own

  Exactly the same issue here. Followed instructions but the up option to remove remote management isn't there?

  Apparently they will change it once they have received the final payment
