Why am I not receiving my rewards points when I have completed all my tasks? It has been 8 weeks since I received any points and all of my tasks have been completed

  Same. 5 weeks behind and one weeks 4 months ago just randomly missing points although I met requirements.

  I have not had my points updated either for several weeks....wonder what is happening there. Maybe everyone is too busy with the new clients and have not had time to update them.

  Same here. I am behind more than that from long time my points not increased even I have done all my tasks on time

  Seem to have same issue with all tasks completed and only 5points per month up to 2 months ago now no points and also profile says completed at 100%?

  Collected some of my points about 6 weeks ago : 150 for $50.00 voucher and 60 points for $20.00 voucher, they have been taken off my points rewards , but have not received to date.
