1. Follow the video to factory reset your device.
PLEASE NOTE: If the following screen pops up, it means that you are signed in with a Samsung account. You will need to enter in a separate password for this account that you should already know. If you do not remember your password, please reset your device using the following method:
1.1 Ensure your device has at least 20% charge, and that you have access to the airwatch login details emailed to you earlier, and power your device off.
1.2 Hold the Volume Up + Power + Home buttons for a few seconds until the Samsung logo appears and release.
1.3 Using the Volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select, choose the option “Wipe Data/ Factory Reset” then select Yes.
1.4 Once completed it should take you back to the original menu and select “Reboot System Now”.
2. Follow the video to begin the enrolment process and connect to WIFI. (Note that the BIG-WIFI option was our local network. You won't see this option when you set up your tablet)
3. After you have connected to WIFI, continue following along with the below video.
4. Once the files have been downloaded, enter your username and password to finish logging in. Then follow on until you need to install the necessary programs. This could take up to 10 minutes.
5. Once the applications have been installed, finish the setup.
