Enrolling to Airwatch - Written Guide

*PLEASE NOTE EVERYTHING ON THE DEVICE WILL BE LOST. IF YOU HAVE ANYTHING YOU WISH TO SAVE TRANSFER BEFORE YOU BEGIN*

In order to enroll to Airwatch, you will need to factory reset your device.

To do this:

1. Ensure your device has at least 20% charge, and that you have access to the airwatch login details emailed to you earlier, and power your device off.

2. Hold the Volume Up + Power + Home buttons for a few seconds until the Samsung logo appears and release.

3. Using the Volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select, choose the option “Wipe Data/ Factory Reset” then select Yes.

4. Once completed it should take you back to the original menu and select “Reboot System Now”.

Once your device has been factory reset, follow the instructions below to enroll it to Airwatch:

1. Turn on the device by holding down the Lock button and then press start.

2. If able to, select a Wifi connection for the install process. (Note: You won't see BIG-WIFI on your device, this was our local network)

3. Click 'Agree to all' and then click next.

4. This screen confirms that Knox security has picked up your device and registered it to BIG. Click next.

5. Select 'I have read and agree to all' and then click next.

6. Give the device a few minutes to download the necessary applications.

7. After the enrolling is complete it will ask you for a Username and Password.

Your Username is your email you used for BIG and your password should have been sent to you via SMS.

8. After successfully enrolling, the device will ask you to complete authentication. Click Next.

9. Click 'Create Passcode'.

10. Choose what type of passcode you want for your device.

11. Click 'Next'.

12.Your device will now begin to install the required applications. Wait for the applications to finish downloading or click 'Skip' to have them download in the background.

13. Your device has now finished setting up. Click 'Next'.

14. Finally, click the home button on your device to take you to your home screen. Wait up to 10 minutes for your applications to install.

Your device is now ready to use!
