Turn on Mobile Data

In order to turn on mobile data, scroll down the top of the tablet and a menu will appear.

Tap the icon that has the two arrows on it as shown above to turn on your mobile data.

If your mobile data is still not working, check if your device has a SIM card: Check whether your device has a SIM Card.

If your problem has still not been solved, please contact IT Support by clicking the 'Submit a Request' link at the top right of the page.
