If your device has been physically damaged you will need to submit a repair request for your device. Then you will be required to return the device before being issued a new one.
To submit a request form:
1. You will need to click the 'Submit a request' link at the top right of the page.
2. Choose 'Tablet/Mobile Issue' as the main issue.
3. Fill out the Subject.
4. For 'Tablet Issue' select 'Lost or Requiring Repair'.
5. In the 'Please List Damage' section, select the option that best suits your situation.
6. Fill out a detailed description of the issue.
7. Attach an image of the issue.
