If your device has been physically damaged you will need to submit a repair request for your device. Then you will be required to return the device before being issued a new one.
To submit a request form:
Step 1: Access the Request Form
Click the “Submit a Request” link located at the top-right corner of the page, or click this “Link.”
Step 2: Select the Main Issue
Choose “Tablet/Accessory Issue” as the main issue category.
Step 3: Enter Your BIG Email
Provide your BIG email address in the required field.
Step 4: Fill Out the Subject
Enter an appropriate subject for your request.
Step 5: Select the Issue Type
Under “Tablet/Accessory Issue,” select “Break/Issue.”
Step 6: Enter Your Employee Name
Provide your employee name in the designated field.
Step 7: Provide the iPad Serial Number
Enter the serial number of the iPad. Please click this “Link” for instructions on how to locate your iPad serial number.
Step 8: Describe the Issue
Provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing.
Step 9: Attach an Image
Attach a clear image showing the issue for reference.
