If you are unable to connect to the internet without Wifi and you don't see the 4G/3G icon in the top right corner, then your device most likely does not have a SIM card installed.
To check whether a SIM card is installed, check the device.
For older models: There will be a small panel labeled 'SIM' on the side of the device which can be opened.
For newer models: There will be a small panel with small hole on it. You can remove this panel by inserting a small enough object which will pop out the panel.
If there is a SIM inside, remove it and then place it back into the device. If there is still no connection, there is a good chance that there is something wrong with either the SIM itself or the device and you will need to order a replacement through BIG Vault.
If there is no SIM inside the device, you will need to request a new one through BIG Vault.
